Partner program · no distributor in the middle

Sell email-auth as a managed service. Keep the margin.

Every MSP distributor in this category wants to sit between you and the tool vendor, taking their cut. We don't have a distributor tier. You buy direct, resell at whatever price you set, and keep every dollar above our flat rate.

Reply to every email. No sales call to get a demo. No "we'll follow up in Q3."

The unit economics
Agency tier · $149/mo · 25 clients.
1 client at $49/mo resale   →  $43 gross / $516/yr
5 clients            →  $96 gross / $1,152/yr
25 clients            →  $1,076 gross / $12,912/yr
That's at the entry-level $49/client resell. Your retainer clients will pay more. The delta is yours; we don't care what you charge.
(Agency tier also includes white-label PDFs, CNAME delegation under your brand, API + webhooks, and platform-admin console across your fleet.)
Who the program is for

Three shapes of partner. Same contract, same pricing, same Slack channel.

The MSP

You have 10–200 SMB clients. You sell email hygiene as part of a broader stack.

  • White-label monthly PDFs — your brand, your color, your support email.
  • CNAME delegation at `dmarc.yourmsp.com` — clients never see our name.
  • Webhooks into ConnectWise / Autotask / HaloPSA for ticket creation on critical findings.
The security consultant

You do email-auth audits as a project engagement. You want the tool that produces your deliverable.

  • Run the scan, hand your client a Mailstinger Domain Review PDF with your branding.
  • Stay in the account post-engagement on Agency — $149/mo holds 25 client audits in-progress at once.
  • Reuse the same tool across engagements; no setup every time.
The agency / channel reseller

You sell technology to a portfolio you built. You don't want to maintain infrastructure; you want a product with a bill.

  • Flat cost lets you price per client however makes sense for your book.
  • No minimum order, no annual prepay, no channel-qualification hoop-jumping.
  • Terminate month-to-month; we don't hostage-take renewals.
§03 · what's included
and honestly, what isn't

The whole program, stated plainly.

No rubric, no status levels, no “Elite / Platinum / Diamond” tiers. Everything below is what every partner gets on the Agency plan. If you want something that's not here, ask — we'd rather know.

White-label PDFs. Your logo, your colors, your support email.
CNAME delegation under your brand subdomain.
Full REST API + webhooks. Wire into your PSA, SIEM, Slack.
Platform-admin console across every client in your fleet.
Direct line to us via Slack Connect or email; no ticket portal.
Month-to-month pricing. Cancel or downgrade in the settings page.
Your resell price is yours. We don't set floors, caps, or margins.
Beta access to new features (hosted SPF, BEC phase 2, recon) before public release.

What the program is not

A co-marketing engine. We won't write blog posts for you. We won't run joint webinars by default. (Ask if you have a great idea.)
A lead-share program. Leads you bring are yours; leads we get are ours. No referrals either way unless specifically agreed.
A tiered commitment structure. There's no 'Platinum' discount waiting for you at 50 clients. Same flat pricing everyone else sees.
Volume rebates or SPIFFs. Every dollar above our price is your margin, set by you. That's the whole mechanism.
§04 · direct vs. distributor

Why not just buy through your distributor?

You can, and some distributors carry comparable tools. Here's what changes when you go direct:

Pricing transparency
Direct: Flat $149/mo. Public. Every partner sees the same number.
Via distributor: Distributor-quoted. Depends on your commitment, vertical, bundle.
Product roadmap
Direct: Direct line to our engineering. Features land in weeks.
Via distributor: Your feedback routes through distributor → partner → their roadmap.
Margin
Direct: 100% of the delta above our flat tier is yours.
Via distributor: Distributor takes 10–25% before you see it.

Submissions land in our operations inbox. We read every one.

We'll only use this to respond. No sequence, no tracking pixels.

Colophon

“The partner program nobody runs is the one where you don't have to beg quarterly for better pricing.”
